حذف حساب ترياق / Delete ترياق Account
هذه الصفحة توضح كيف تحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك المرتبطة في تطبيق ترياق — للمرضى، للأطباء، وللصيدليات. متاح من داخل التطبيق ومن هذه الصفحة.
ما الذي يُحذَف فوراً
عند تأكيد طلب الحذف، نحذف خلال ٣٠ يوم كحد أقصى:
- الملف الشخصي للمريض: الاسم، الإيميل، الهاتف، الصورة، تاريخ الميلاد، فصيلة الدم، العنوان.
- متعقب الأدوية والسجلات العائلية: الأدوية المُضافة، التذكيرات، السجلات الطبية المُدخَلة محلياً والمُزامَنة.
- حجوزات الأطباء المحفوظة: المواعيد المستقبلية، تاريخ الزيارات السابقة المرتبطة بحسابك.
- بيانات عملاء الصيدلية (إن كان الحساب لصيدلية): أسماء العملاء، أرقام هواتفهم، أرصدة الديون، تواريخ المعاملات.
- المعلومات الشخصية والصور المرفوعة: صور الوصفات، صور الهوية، صور الترخيص (للأطباء/الصيدليات).
- FCM tokens وكل توكنات المصادقة.

الحذف من داخل التطبيق

الخطوة ١: افتح ترياق وسجّل دخولك.

الخطوة ٢: اذهب إلى الإعدادات أو حسابي من القائمة السفلية.

الخطوة ٣: اضغط على حذف الحساب في أسفل الشاشة.

الخطوة ٤: أكّد الحذف بكتابة كلمة «حذف» أو إدخال كلمة المرور.
سترى رسالة تأكيد، وسيتم تسجيل خروجك تلقائياً. خلال ٣٠ يوم ستُحذَف جميع بياناتك الشخصية من خوادمنا.
الحذف عبر هذه الصفحة (بدون تطبيق)
إذا فقدت وصولك للتطبيق، يمكنك إرسال طلب الحذف عبر بريد إلكتروني. استخدم النموذج التالي أو راسلنا مباشرة:

نلتزم بالرد خلال ٧ أيام عمل، وبإكمال الحذف خلال ٣٠ يوم كحد أقصى. ستصلك رسالة تأكيد عند اكتمال الحذف.

Delete ترياق Account (English Summary)
This page explains how to permanently delete your ترياق account and associated data — required by Apple App Store guideline 5.1.1(iii) and Google Play's Account Deletion Policy.
What gets deleted (within 30 days)
- Patient profile: name, email, phone, profile photo, date of birth, blood type, address.
- Medication tracker & family records: all medications, reminders, and synced medical entries.
- Saved doctor bookings: future appointments and visit history tied to your account.
- Pharmacy customer data (if pharmacy account): customer names, phone numbers, credit balances, transactions.
- Personal contact info & uploaded photos: prescription images, ID images, license images.
- FCM tokens and authentication credentials.
What is retained (legal / accounting)
- Pharmacy invoice records: retained for the period required by local accounting/tax regulations.
- Controlled substance log: per local pharmacy regulation (commonly 7 years). Linked to the licensed pharmacy entity, not to your personal account; your name is removed.
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics: no PII; cannot be re-linked to you.
- Encrypted backups: auto-purged after 90 days.
Delete from inside the app
- Open ترياق and sign in.
- Open Settings or Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm by typing "delete" or your password.
You will be signed out automatically. Personal data is removed from our servers within 30 days.
Delete via this page
If you cannot access the app, email support@teryak.app from the email registered to your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include any other identifying details (phone number, pharmacy name).
Response SLA
We acknowledge requests within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days maximum. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
